How to send calls from Zapier

Integrate Setter AI with Zapier and start sending automated calls based on events from over 6000+ Zapier apps. Examples for automating your workflows with Zapier:

This guide will walk you through the process of integrating Setter AI within your Zaps on Zapier.‍

Prerequisites

‍‍

Before you begin the integration process, ensure you have:

‍

  • A production-ready Assistant configured in the app.
  • An active Zapier account (Free or Paid).

Overview

‍

  1. Navigate to your Assistants Integrations section.
  2. Generate a Zapier code snippet.
  3. Sign in to your Zapier account.
  4. Create a new Zap with a Code step.
  5. Paste the code snippet.
  6. Fill the input data.
  7. Publish the Zap.

Step-by-Step

Sign in to Setter AI

‍

Sign in with your Setter AI account.

‍

‍

Navigate to your Assistants Integrations section

‍

In the navigation bar on the left side, click on Assistants. Select the assistant you want to integrate with Zapier and click on Integrations. Here click on Connect to open the Zapier set up.

Generate the code for the Zapier action

‍

1. Enter an API key

‍

In the dialogue Connect with Zapier click on step 2. Enter an API key. Now either paste an existing API key (if you already have generated a key before) or generate a new API key.

2. Copy the code snippet

‍

Open step 3. Paste Code Snippet and click on Copy Code to copy the required code snippet to your clipboard.

Create a new Zap with a Code step

‍

Sign in to your Zapier account, create a new Zap and add an action of type Code by Zapier.

‍

‍

Under App & Event select Run Javascript and under Action paste the code snippet you copied to your clipboard to the field Code.

Now add fields to Action > Input Data as specified on Setter AI.

‍

For the respective values of the Input Data fields map your desired variables from previous Zap steps. Please make sure to map valid data if required (e.g. phone_number should be formatted with country code and email should be a valid email).

Create an Input Data field for each field displayed on Setter AI.

‍

Publish the Zap

‍

Now everything is set up. Publish the Zap and start sending calls automatically.
