1. SaaS Terms
1.1 Service Provision: Setter AI provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for automated lead calling and appointment scheduling. By subscribing to our service, you agree to allow Setter AI to call and qualify your leads based on the information and scripts you provide.
1.2 Subscription: The service is provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
1.3 Customization and Setup: The first month of your subscription includes a customized setup, which is non-refundable. This setup involves configuring the AI with your specific appointment scripts, information about what you sell, and a Q&A for the AI.
1.4 Cancellation Policy: After the initial month, you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments, and the service is cancellable on a month-to-month basis. Cancellations must be made through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
1.5 Refund Policy: Payments for the initial setup are non-refundable. Subsequent monthly fees are non-refundable once billed, but you may cancel your subscription to avoid future charges.
1.6 Support: We provide support to assist you with setup and ongoing use of our services. Support is available via email at support(@)trysetter.com.
1.7 Call Credits: Each subscription plan includes a specified amount of call credits that renew monthly. You may change your plan at any time to adjust the number of call credits. Please note that unused call credits do not carry over to the next month.
2. License
2.1 Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise stated, Setter AI and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Setter AI. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Setter AI for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
2.2 Prohibited Uses: You must not:
• Republish material from Setter AI
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Setter AI
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Setter AI
• Redistribute content from Setter AI
3. User Content
3.1 Comments and Feedback: Parts of this website may offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information. Setter AI does not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Setter AI, its agents, or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts them.

We continuously work to mitigate these risks but cannot guarantee complete accuracy.
10.2 Liability Limitation: Setter AI shall not be liable for any incorrect or inappropriate information provided by our AI voice agents. Users are advised to monitor and review the outputs of the AI for accuracy and appropriateness. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Setter AI from any claims arising from the use of our AI voice agents.
10.3 Risk Mitigation: We implement various measures to minimize the risk of errors and inappropriate responses from our AI, including regular updates and improvements. However, due to the inherent limitations of AI technology, we cannot eliminate these risks entirely.
